Return Process

  Place the item securely in its original dust bag and box, ensuring all protective films and authenticity cards are included to avoid rejection.

  Ship to OKHTEIN

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
